The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I have not been able to get anyone to help me in customer service. I have had people "going to call me back" for 3 months! I finally found a local number and called to cancel, but they keep billing me and can't seem to figure out how to apply my payments to my account number. The most frustrating company to try to deal with. I would highly recommend using another vendor for your water service.

Check out your tax rates on invoicing!!

While paying a bill a few months back, I noticed that the tax rate being applied to my invoice was 8.1%. The AZ tax rate is 5.6%. Tucson City Tax is 2.00%. This equals 7.6% . I have called several times to have them correct this and have been promised that someone from their company would return my call. I have yet to hear from them. We are going on 3 months now with this same problem.Credits are not being applied as promised as well. Their customer service department is worthless.

The delivery has been a nightmare, accounting mistakes, overcharges, missing delivery dates, drivers lost,I am cancelling the service today at all cost

Don't ever move or depend on their customer service department to help you!

I have been receiving water from sparkletts for a few years now. We recently moved in August (and I transferred my service to the new address) but I have yet to receive any water at my new address. I have called 5+ times, have been promised a phone call back and not 1 time did anyone call me back. The CSR deeply apologizes , says he will for sure find someone to help me but again this was on 12/24 and today is 1/2 and I have not heard from anyone. He promised me a call back by 3 pm on 12/24. I am now searching to get water from anyone but DS Waters!!!!!!

20+ Year Customer Can't Get Simple problems solved--Local Manager Refuses to Call

After more than 25 years of perfect service to our home, Sparkletts was sold to DS Waters. This has destroyed a once proud and customer focused company. Over the last 4 months we have had extra (unwanted) bottles delivered to boost the bill and bottles left in the wrong place and no empties picked up.All minor issues, but when we call the customer service center (in another state) we are told they are not allowed to provide a contact number for the local office. Instead, they can only send text messages to the local office, which never results in a call back or correction of the problem.The only solution is to find another bottled water company. Note: DS Water has purchased many local companies, so always ask if the company you are speaking with is owned by DS Waters. If they say ?yes?, keep looking!
