        Great Tires; POOR CUSTOMER SER...

        Great Tires; POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! For what I paid for my tires and the need to maintain my service agreement, is the only reason I go here. These guys lack personal skills. They think its great if they met their stated time. Got there first in line, line got 8 people deep with one worker. Asst Mang came in and starts making jokes! REALLY! I have things to do. Talked to Mang and Regional guy all didn't take it seriously. Hope theY get real. WAS FORCED TO GIVE THEM A STAR OTHERTHAN THAT NO STARS FOR THEM.
