Was on my insurance company's list of service providers. They did a terrific job on my car, which had the side door bashed in by someone not looking when they were backing up in a parking lot. The work was excellent; the service was excellent; and all went smoothly. I'd definitely use them again... Although I hope I won't have to.

This place is great. I've brought my previous car here several times for body repairs. They did a great job with small jobs like when I hit the pillar in the parking garage with the door and the time my car got broken into (smashed window and broken door handle and lock). I've also brought my cars in for detailing. I had spilled an entire coke in my center console and filled the cup holders, they took it apart and cleaned so nice, and they didn't even charge me extra. GREAT customer service. My one gripe is the lack of parking and the location (neither will keep me from going back).

The best auto body repair shop I have ever used. I have used ICC a number of times over the last few years, most recently a couple of weeks ago, and every time the quality of the work has been excellent. Their team of professionals are knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and have high integrity. They assess your repairs, provide a competitive quote, complete the repairs in a timely and high quality way and insure that the work meets and exceeds your expectations. In short they do what they say they are going to do and stand behind it. I highly recommend ICC. And this recommendation is from someone with very high standards who rarely makes recommendations unless they really warrant it.

I experienced great service when I recently took my new car in for body work on an unfortunate fender bender. The car looks like new again. I was heading out of town when I dropped it off, and the service staff even took care of meeting with my insurance adjuster without me having to be there. Highly recommend them!

Was hesitant to take my car to ICC first, but the insurance company paying for my repair had a connection with them and wanted me to get my estimate there. When I went for my initial estimate, I arrived almost 30 minutes early and they were able to help me right away. They looked at the car and wrote up an estimate. It all went very quickly and everyone was very courteous and friendly. Once the insurance company had taken liability I decided just to get my car fixed here in case the actual cost differed from the estimate. They gave me a time to bring my car in a few days later. L was kept me informed during the week and when I went to pick up my car it looked perfect. I am completely pleased with the work they did and the courtesy of all the employees there.

I'm very satisfied with their service and repairs to my vehicle. They worked directly with my insurance company and the whole process went smooth.

They are simply amazing. They are very professional, keep it neat and they updated me on my car whenever I called. I love how they don't keep you on the phone forever, like other companies. They will make sure you get quality work and will get you something you can afford. They don't rip you off. I will definitely go back anytime I need my car fixed again. I have had two opportunities to work with ICC. The first time, my wife had been hit in a parking lot and had some damage to the bumper. It didn't seem like a big deal, but I am not a collision expert. We got a quote from another company and it was pretty high, and then we decided to get another from ICC. Thank goodness we did. It was an amazing experience and much cheaper than our original quote from their competitor. Recently, we used them again for another accident. The service was equally amazing! I am almost looking forward to my next accident (Sorry Geico).

Had my truck in there after an accident. They had the rental car right there when I dropped it off. They kept me up to date on the status of the repair and it was ready when they said it would be. Professional and efficient.

I did a number to the front left of my car... From the beginning they managed expectations. Letting me know that the process could be long it did take a while but they always pro-actively gave me status updates. So far the quality of the work seems great. I would recommend.

My vehicle was brought to the shop as a recommendation of the insurance company. The damage to my vehicle (05 mdx) was very extensive and they did not cut one corner on the repair. I had a few minor issues with my vehicle after the repair and they were addressed and handled professionally. They do very quality work.

Recently after we were rear-ended, the whole team was very courteous and extremely geared to making sure we were well taken care of. From my car being towed in to the end result, they stayed in touch and gave me updates over the 3 weeks it took to repair my car.

Anyone looking for a place to have repairs done to your car has found the right spot. My car was backed into causing damages leaving it undividable. My job does recommend me to drive all over the city; my car is like my office and is needed at all times.
