Walmart - Photo Center

Wow the customer service is terrible. When and if you finally get a department to answer they have no idea how to answer ANY of your questions. They even get annoyed at you for asking questions. The person who answers the main number is annoyed as well. All they say if it is an online order is "I don't know". Really? Can someone please train these people to answer questions? If you go to the Blue Springs Walmart Supercenter they will literally send you to Target in Blue Springs. If you go to the Target in Blue Springs, they will send you to Walmart. Really?

This store is disgusting, and the employees are rude. The produce department has spoiled vegetables and fruit and I was actually told to go else where if I didn't like it. Trying to get anything you want off the shelf is nearly impossible. I was standing in front of one of the freezer trying to decide what I needed and the stocker rolled a cart in front of me, almost running over my foot, opened the door and started stocking. No excuse me, can I help you, no contact at all. I would rather pay triple the price else where then return to this store. When you do ask for help they act as if you are interrupting their personal time and they just point in the general directions of what you need or tell you "sorry, thats not my department" or simply act as though they didn't hear a word you said. Electronics is the worst. Management needs to explain to their employees that word of mouth can be very dangerous advertisement. Thanks God Target is coming to Blue Srpings.
