        Ecologically Unsound and overpriced. Most of the menu is one form or another of yellow fin tuna tacos. DOLPHINS like to swim with schools of....you guessed it, YELLOW FIN TUNA and are common by-catch in the giant nets. There are species of tuna that are dolphin free, they just choose not to use them. There is a long mission statement on the website that actually boast most ingredients are imported no list no country of origin. Some reviews make this place sound like fine dining, but you walk up and order at a counter and are handed a non-biodegradable STYROFOAM cup to fix your own beverage. Reduce, reuse, recycle is important to me, but obviously not to them. Don's is very LGBT friendly and many of my friends like to meet there, that why it gets 2 stars instead of 1. I prefer places that respect mother Earth, she is the only one we have. Cuisine is California "roach coach" food truck. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a strip mall sorta-mex place, corny little tiki-bar set up, lots of surfboards, makes you feel like you are a mere 2000 miles from the pacific ocean. Oh yeah, its way overpriced too.

        Love this place! The food is so fresh. They give you small portions and you don't feel stuffed when you leave. Great place!

        Freshest Mexican food in town!

        If you want the Baja experience, step into Don Juanz for the best grilled yellow fin tuna tacos and margaritas this side of Baja! They don't use MSG or LARD here & their food seems to be fre of grease! It's Mexican food without the guilt of grease...which I thought I'd never find.



        This place looks like somebody was Baja Dreamin when they built it; complete with a thatch hut bar & lots of surf boards adorning the walls. The staff was quick, friendly & the place was super clean.



        The Burrito-N-A-WetSuit alone is worth the drive from Shreveport to Bossier.
