Hatlen has been servicing my two commercial buildings for 10 years or more.
They are very good at diagnosing and fixing issues correctly.
They are very good at installing/replacing whole units as I've had them install or replace many whole units at both my commercial buildings and residential condo buildings.
They are friendly, leave the sites clean, and are honest to the core, that says everything.

They arrived on time and even accomodated my restricted schedule by meeting me at my home on my lunch hour. They figured out what was wrong,, had the part on his truck, and fixed the problem right away. Yes, i would have them out again. Very helpful!
