From day 1 at the initial consultation, Housekeeping Associates has been very professional, prompt, and personable. There was slight billing issue with my first cleaning but it was cleared up and handled with one call!
Top notch service. They've been doing a fantastic job!

Had the deep cleaning first which was excellent, now I'm on a monthly cycle, which is great. I would highly recommend them.

I have been a client of Housekeeping Associates for many years. They are accommodating to work with my schedule and requests. The main downside with this company is keeping the same cleaning team from one cleaning to another. The girls are all friendly and the staff easy to work with. I would recommend this cleaning service!

Housekeeping Associates is an exceptional company from their excellent cleaning staff to their office staff to the owner. Everyone is very professional. The cleaning staff are very well trained and go through my house in record time with record results. After my husband was in hospital for many days, the cleaning staff deep cleaned my house to its former glory!
I just read an article in the Wall St. Journal about a survey where people were tested on how much satisfaction they got from buying something special for themselves or hiring a service to clean their home or perform another service to save them time. The results were that the persons were surprised that hiring a service made them much happier. So give yourself a present. I did and I am very pleased with and highly recommend Housekeeping Associates!

They are professional, expectations were met and exceeded. They worked with me on assessing my needs. After many years, this is the gift I gave myself. I have used MANY housekeeping companies for years and years. I have been with this company for 5 YEARS now because they are attentive to detail/clean like I WOULD CLEAN/I have the same cleaners every time, so they KNOW my house/go above and beyond with the "little" things as I request/and the front office is so friendly and responsive. I've tried several in the Brighton area. Housekeeping Associates is the best. By far!

This company is fantastic. I have tried many cleaning companies in the area, and this is the only one I have been happy with. I am very picky when it comes to my house being cleaned. They are efficient and thorough, and always very polite and friendly. They answer phone calls and emails quickly, and they customize the clean depending on what areas you want focused on.

I would recommend them to anyone. The team that cleans our house is great. They have a great attitude and the house is sparkling when they leave. Love them!

It is a decision I wish I would have made a LONG time ago! From the first phone call, to the first meeting for a quote to the first cleaning - the staff was friendly, responsive and very competitively priced - this hasn't changed....even after the first's!
