M Nail Salon

My daughter and her two friends had their nails done. The tech was very rough and rude two all three of the girls. The quality of the manicure was way below acceptable, and the prices above average. They will never go there again.
In my daughter’s words,”They Suck”!

Every single one of my acrylic nails are crooked! I am very upset because I did not have time to go and have it fixed. The polish is a joke, sparse and patchy! It is truly horrible! Will never return after this experience!

I'm very disappointed in this salon. I used to go here all the time. They won't be getting my business anymore. The guy I had this last time was terrible. I left with polish on the skin around my toes. It was 4th of July and on my nails I asked for a a little white star on the accent nails. He redid the star 3 times & when I told him I still didn't really like it he said "it's not easy to do you know!" Really? A star? If he can't draw a star then why not send me to someone who can. They advertise "nail art" but I can't get a star that looks like a star? He got it decent, but I'm still very disappointed. Especially when I got the checkout and he gave me my total. For Be same price I could have gone to Tribute Salon & Spa downtown or Minervas. I'm so mad I didn't. Will never make that mistake again.

I went in with high hopes but was treated very poorly, over charged, and unsatisfied. My gel nails should have only been $20 but because my technician added a brief hand massage, I was charged $34. When leaving, I noticed that my fingertips themselves were covered in polish. Needless to say, I will not be back.

I'll never go there again!!! I have been a long time customer there and have never had a problem until this last time. I went in for a fill and had a new person. He left a gap between my nail and cuticle and did go all the way to the outer edge if my nail within a week all my real nails started peeling off the back of the gel nail and 2 broke off. I ended up with several hangnails. I had to argue to get them fixed. After being fix within a few days 7 of them broke or came off. When I call back and told them what was happening they said I needed a whole new set and that I would have to pay for that. Saying they have a business to run and have to pay their people and can't work for free. I guess it's all about the money. Very rude!!!

M Nail Salon is five stars! Very clean! Everyone was super nice and spoke to the clientele. (Compared to other places that speak their native language the whole time.) The Deluxe Pedicure is so luxurious! Reasonable pricing. I definitely recommend this nail salon!! P.S. Kim and Michelle are very sweet and thorough! ����
