        Tropical Optical is not very profesional at all and they just give you the run around with an attitude then they try to send to you to the Main Office on 26th street and they turn you away because they don't accept the insurance you have all of this confusion and gas wasted could have been avoided if only they were doing there job in the first and let you know what insurance is accepted and what isn't then they reschedule appointments so in the end they can tell you they don't accept what you have for insurance. they need to train their help approiate so when you call to set up your appointment they don't lie to you telling you they accept insurance when they only accept certain ones when i set up my appointment I told them what insurance I had then when I get there they don't accept it then send you to the main office so they can tell you the same thing. they really need to get there busy in order that is why they don't have none........
