        Incompetent Customer Service. ...

        Incompetent Customer Service. These folks are the worst. A true "no-care" attitude with NO follow up, NO concern for their customers, and in-fighting amongst the "family" members. After 3 weeks I picked up my "still not fixed" lawnmower and took it to that company in North Rockdale off Ga20, who were AWESOME by the way.



        Stay away from Snapper Pro Lawn, all they have going for them is location.

        Poor Customer Service

        Kept my machine for (6) weeks and never has their act together. Had to call numerous times and each time they didn't know what was goin on with the repair or how long it would take. Very Arrogant. I reccommend Farmer's Small Engine Repair. Much better service and fast response. No more Snapper Pro Lawn for me.
