knew NOTHING about engagement rings or where to start when i came time to shopping for one. found these guys online. watched a few informative videos on the site and sent in an appointment request. 2 very relaxed and informative appointments later i had my stone picked out, and more than that, i knew what i was doing. they taught me about diamonds and value, what to look for and with a little coaching let me figure out for myself what i felt like spending money on. i mounted in a plain platinum solitaire mounting, but apparently they do custom designs for a lot of people. All in all, i'm more than happy and would refer anyone to them.

Found them online. It's not one single store apparently it's a network of Boston's best jewelers. I dealt with an affiliate in Newton. I shopped around and have to say that as much as i like their price, i was more impressed with how they do business. very deliberate, zero pushiness, really go out of there way to make sure you know everything there is to know about diamonds, value, etc. Top notch.
