Supercuts

Have called 3 times and went in once to get a color shoulder length hair done refused each time finally asked how long before closing do you need...3 hours? Really?

Hit or miss. I have hair down to my shoulders, wanted it to my chin. Last three times, they barely took half an inch off... And that's after I kept telling them it was too long. About to go back and see if they can manage to cut my hair short like I used to have it. Will review again after. (Only reason I'm still going there is because I have a Gift Card).
