Do NOT use this place. The guy walked across my carpet with wet boots and didn't even apologize. He did a horrible job, was in and out in 10 minutes and didn't even clean the smoke shelf. My husband called him back and he did come back out, but we still feel like he did a horrible job. We could have done what he did ourselves and saved the money. We used a different company last time and they were very thorough and careful not to soil the carpets. This guy was not. Very disappointed.
