Fantastic Sams

I sent my daughter there on Friday Oct. 10 to have her hair died from blond to brown. She was charged 65 dollars and came home with areas not even covered, I had never seen such a bad job. I looked like a 5 year old tried to put a box die on her hair. I had to take her to a different salon the next day and have it fixed.

I made an appointment on Friday and I walk in at the appointed time and was told oh we don't do appointments after being told the previous day that my appointment was set up. So this doesn't even deserve a star at all.
