Grooming By Darcy

Took my dog there one time and that was enough to know these people working there does not treat the dogs very good at all. I had 3 poodles and they said to drop them off at 9am and to pick them up at noon, at noon they did not call so I went there to see what is going on, and when I looked in the back where they groom the dogs I saw the groomer hitting my dog in the face with the eclectic razor, this was all I need to see to know I would never go back to that place and to inform others on how they treat dogs, I also talked to many who said they saw the same thing. If you care about your dog/dogs I would recommend you find another groomer.

I took my five month old puppy to this place two weeks ago, and I WILL NEVER TAKE HIM AGAIN!!. They had him there for SIX HOURS and when I finally picked HIM up he barely had any hair cut of his body. They only trimmed a little bit from his forehead, his belly and around his butt, and he still very hairy. They were very unprofessional and on top of that still CHARGED ME $40. THIS PLACE IS SUCKS AND RIPPED ME OFF!!I GIVE THIS PLACE "0" STARS!

I came in to get my bichon groomed by Grooming by Darcy. He look his very best. The staff is always very knowledgeable. always does their best to restructure his fluffy coat, but doesn't shave him down. I'm so happy

As frantic as the staff seems to be my dogs always come out wonderful.

i have take my dog to grooming by darcys n i just love it, never being so happy with the worke they do there n the owner, i'm so happy how they hendel my dog like there own, i will tell everbody to take there dogs there for a good job n a good treed to ur dogs.......

you like to leave your pets in chaos ALL day. I always had the impression that they were short staffed or something because my babies were there all day and the employees were usually very frantic. Also, I noticed that the salon always smelled bad when I walked in. The dogs always looked nice, though.
