        Extremely Satisfied Patient

        This is my first visit with Dr. Maples in his new office although I have been an extremely satisfied patient for 12 years. The new office is great, the staff friendly, and the medical attention and care excellent. I received my test results without asking in two days with a specific treatment plan. I am very pleased.
