        Miguel lied to me

        was reffered to Miguel by his friend. I was looking to purchase standard Toyota rims for an older Toyota. Miguel said that he could have them there in 20 mins. I asked him if they were original Toyota rims and was told thatcher were. at the time of payment I asked again just to make sure. He said that they were taken off a Toyota. once i received the rims they were Nissan rims. I asked a couple times to be sure of what I was buying and so I will never do business with them again. I don't like lies.... i would have preferred him tell me that he didn't know the brand or that he tell me they were Nissan

        Miguel is fair, well priced, and he has state of the art equipment to ensure that each customer gets 100 percent customer satifaction. I don't mess with those other cats, sometimes u juss have to pay a little more, but the service & safety assurance is well worth it. looking forward to seeing you around for a long time Avalon Tire Family.

        I have to say that the customer service was great. Especially from the mechanic that assisted me in suggesting the best route to take to ensure my car was safely driven. I can't recall his name but he was a young knowledgable employee. Aside from the great service and expensive rates in my opinion, the work conditions of the garages looked highly unsafe and made me skeptical of having my car parked in one of the stalls.The lifts that they use to raise the cars we're spouting out a liquid from the base of the pole and looked unsafe to have a car located on top of it.Bottom line, good customer service and expensive unsafe location
