Malden Auto Brokers

Although the staff was nice and they were helpfull in finding me a vehicle I did not have a good experience with malden auto brokers. Upon buying my vehicle i had a written agreement that certain repairs were to be done. windshield repaired shifter plug a tire and provide me with a spare tire. After 1 week i had noticed that they never plugged the rear tire that had a nail in it and kept going low on air on me. This was upsetting but i wasnt going to cry. a few weeks later i took a trip and the tire burst while low on air and blew out. I was stranded on the highway in the late evening and went into the trunk to grab the spare and found a donut tire that did not even fit the vehicle. After a few hundred dollars spent in repairs and towing i went back to malden auto brokers and asked why the spare tire wasnt checked to fit the car. they apoligized and told me they would give me a spare and after several months of calls and visits they still havent provided me with a tire .
