Computers To Go

Do not take your computer here! My uncle took his machine in to have fixed due to a virus. They completely wiped the drive, including the recovery partition. Windows 7 64-bit was installed, half the windows updates done, and handed back to him. Half of his hardware is missing drivers now. Worse yet, they installed a 'driver' program that is a virus in itself! Absolute crooks.

They were very helpful - fixed my iMac more than once, came onsite when necessary, did followup help, friendly and professional, reasonable rates.

not happy with the computer or service.Every time I have a problem with the computer I bought from them I have to take it in . I asked for help over the phone and they told me they could not help me and to bring it in .I live 45 minutes away ! the computer is not what i believed i was buying i will never go there again and i will tell every one i know not to either.

Computers to Go replaced the 512 Gig harddrive on my four-year-old Mac Book Pro with a solid state drive twice as large and doubled the RAM. They also fixed the fan. Now it runs faster and quieter than when it was new! A few days after the upgrade, I accidentally dropped it on the floor, causing the case to come apart. I took it in and John's team reassembled it for me on the spot and waived the bench charge. They've definitely earned all my repeat business!

They are open 7 days a week. I dropped my computer off for repair Saturday morning and picked it up virus free Sunday after church.
