Veterinary Care Specialists

Horrible horrible place. First they have absolutely no people or pet manners. The dr immediately wanted to run $600 worth of tests instead of just doing one thing at a time. An x-ray immediately showed that my dog had blader stones with one stuck in his urethra. They wanted over $3000 to perform the surgery. I had them empty his bladder and followed up with my vet first thing the next morning. Not only did they lie on their report and say they did a procedure that they didn't do, but also had unreadable x-ray films. So after paying them $400 for nothing, I went to my own vet who had to redo the x-ray and did the surgery for $1200. This place is horrible and I would never take a pet there again.

Terrible -- my cat had a UTI - the evening vet wanted to put her down vs give her the antibiotic shot she needed to get better. Such a shame - we had taken a cat there years before and saw the same vet and put our cat down -- this happend in 2012 - and 2014 --- My cat a year and half later is thriving and doing fine - glad i got a second opinion. BEWARE if you love your animals and would like to keep them alive and well..

Wow! Amazing veterinary care! Over the weekend I had an unfortunate event with my beloved 4yr old Golden Retriever, Katie. Katie, bless her heart, has a passion for food, therefore she ate an entire 6# ham and followed up with some dessert, the entire chocolate cake! As a result of her gluttonous ways, she bloated. I rushed her to Veterinary Care Specialists in Milford, MI and they were simply amazing! I was freaking out, but they were on it. They not only saved her life, but they were kind and understanding with me, the completely freaked out pet owner. I cannot say enough about the great care both Katie and I received. If your ever in a situation, trust me, Veterinary Care Specialists is the place to go!

I am so glad that we took Teddie to this place! All of them are so special to us. Especially Dr. Hass. They were informative and caring at the same time. They were there for us at all times - it made it easier at the end to know that she was in such good hands. I want to thank them for being the "Care Specialists" that they are - it helped at the end to know that she was getting the best care we had to offer her
