My boyfriend lives a few blocks away so I went here because of location. My nails looked excellent but the day after, the skin below my cuticles were itching like crazy! I had tiny little water blisters on every finger they itched for weeks going back to get them off now. My fingers look horrible :(

The lady below me is an idiot. Gel does fall off regular nails. And pink and white is not gel. This is by far my favorite nail salon. The family who owns it is respectful and talented. The salon is up to date and clean. Reasonably priced. They don't speak foreign language the whole time which is comforting. They offer unique and creative designs, you fan even have real flowers set under gel! Their attention to detail is unlike any other nail salon. It took me 5 years to find this salon, I would drive two hours for their service. It's great.

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A NAIL SALON. WHEN I WALKED INTO THE NAIL SALON I ASKED IF I COULD GET JUST THE GEL ON MY REAL NAILS AND THEY EXPLAINED THAT IT WOULD JUST FALL OFF, THEN THEY EXPLAINED THAT I WOULD NEED TO GET AN GEL OVERLAY SO I SAID OK. THEY CALLED ANOTHER GIRL FROM THE BACK TO DO MY NAILS. SHE REMOVED THE CURRENT SET THAT I HAD ON AND ASKED WHAT COLOR I WANTED AND I TOLD HER PINK AND WHITE. SHE ASKED ME TO PAY THEN SHE PAINTED MY NAILS. WHILE SHE WAS DOING THEM I ASKED “IS THIS AN OVERLAY” AND SHE SAID “NO THAT’S NOT WANT YOU WANTED” I EXPAINED YES IT WAS AND SHE SEEMED UPSET. SO I SAID FINE AND LEFT IT AT THAT WITH INTENTIONS OF GOING TO ANOTHER PLACE TO HAVE THEM FIXED. WHILE DRIVING HOME I DECIDED THAT IT WAS NOT A BIG DEAL IT WAS JUST A MISUNDERSTANING AND I WOULD JUST GO BACK THERE AND ASK HER TO CUT THEM DOWN AND RE-PAINT (AFTER REMOVING THE OTHER SET THEY WERE VERY THIN AND PAINFUL). I WENT BACK AND EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT I WANTED AND SO THE GIRL CAME OVER AND CUT THEM, I THEN ASKED CAN YOU REPAINT THEM (THE WHITE LINE WAS SO THIN IT LOOKED DUMB) SHE THEN ROLLED HER EYES, I TOLD HER FINE I DID NOT NEED HER SERVICE I WOULD JUST GO TO ANOTHER PLACE. I HAD ALL INTENTIONS OF PAYING HER FOR THE NEW PAINT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS UNACCEPTABLE! I WENT TO CQ NAILS IN NEW BERLIN AND THEY WERE GREAT!
