Perfume Plus

My mom went to Sports Plus to buy my birthday present, she told the guy at the counter it was a gift, but they didn't have the one I wanted so she picked out a different one. When she gave it to me I decided I didn't want it and we went to take it back. They said they don't do returns just exchanges. Although it is written on the reciept, you only get that information after you have made the purchase so by then it was to late. Had the man told her exchanges only (since he knew it was a gift) she would have brought me with to pick it out myself. Had they took it back I would have returnded to buy my dad his Fathers Day gift but now I will never shop there again!!! In retail it's about customer service they have none, not only with their policies but with their attitudes as well.
