i bought lots of parts from their new location on clevland ave.I have had nothing but good service from them.I fact i bought a new toro super recycler and they went through all of the operation and care. An a plus from me.john from waukesha

I agree about the terrible customer service. They prefer to argue and deny responsibility than try and rectify the problem. Good prices, but now worth the problems you will have.
