Sullivan's Service Inc

I was advised to talk my vehicle to Sullivan's to have it check my engine, because my engine light was on. I explained that smoke was coming out of my tail pipe and instead of them thoroughly inspecting for the issue, they done a regular diagnostic test on my vehicle and they charged me $60.00 for a service, like the one that is used at any auto part store in the city, which is free. The guy that charged me for looking at my car, was unapologetic, once questioned about the test. I will not be going back there anytime soon...and if you just need a basic diagnostic done on your car, just go to your O'Reilly's and get it done for free.

used this company for many years when it was Mike ran it. Now it has gone comepletly down. I just recently took a car here to get a new tire rod end and starter and the tech actually damaged part of the car when putting it up in the air and instead of being honest about it when I picked the car up after the repair he told me that "the new noise it was now making was from bad struts" but don't worry the car was solid and it can wait until you save up enough money to get the struts repaired. The car was not being driven(I have another vehicle). I parked the car 4 blocks away at my house for a month until I could get the repair done. I take to another mechanic who offered to do the struts much cheaper and they instantly saw the damage and showed my what the new noise was and how it had nothing to do with the struts at all and there is no way possilbe that a mechaninc could have replaced a tire rod end on the car & not noticed what had happened. Sullivan's is now telling me that there is nothing they can do becuase we can't prove it happened there even though the tech made me aware of the new noise the car was making so I didn't flip out when I picked up the car. Do not ever go here!
