I got an oil change, tire rotation, and air filter replacements. Actual service was great and the technician was very friendly and helpful. Getting the video of the inspection is kinda cool. My only suggestion would be to have someone greet you and help direct you to the person you need to check in with when you first arrive at the service bay. Sometimes you just hang around your vehicle and wait till someone notices you or flag someone down to get attention. I shouldn't have to pick someone at random when they can obviously see that a customer has pulled in. Not so cool.
