The good stuff first: they had a good price and friendly people.The bad stuff and thee reason for the low rating is that when they took my windshield out of the car they had to remove the satellite radio antenna, which is fine. However they did not know how to put it back together so they gave the car back with it taped to the windshield. This really ticked me off. If they didn't know I expect them to find out.Since they did not know I had to take the car back to the dealer and pay to have them fix it.
