Ferguson Buick GMC

We were undecided on the choice between 2 vehicles, when we arrived at Ferguson for the test drive of the Acadia. Chris Johnston was very accommodating of our situation and supplied us with all the info we would require to make our decision. After visiting the "other" dealership for a test drive, we retired to lunch to mull over a decision. Both vehicles were great, but the Acadia fit our needs perfectly. The difference in the dealership's attitude actually helped make our mind up on which vehicle to purchase. We could not be happier with the vehicle, or the dealership.

I bought a car on Friday and am very pleased with the salesman mike hronopulos and give him a 5 star rating

Ferguson in Norman is a great place to buy from! The salespeople, managers, and finance guys all worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted, and a payment I can afford! I will definitely be going back to Ferguson in the future!

Not sure about the new cars, but the used department....HORRIBLE! I completely believe that these guys took full advantage of the fact that I was in a hurry, very busy, and that I am a woman. They knew they were putting me in a vehicle that was on the verge of a costly breakdown. And since I was paying cash...even better. They sold me a vehicle way over priced that left my young son and I stranded miles away from home in a shady part of town late at night. I hadn't even had it a month and a half before it just died. It cost me $2595.11 to have it fixed to where it's at least drivable. For how long, I'm not really sure. They are very greedy, misleading, shady individuals just looking to get rich on getting over on innocent, unsuspecting, and undeserving people. DO NOT BUY HERE

I will never do business with the Ferguson name again, due to their sloppy work and unprofessional management at Ferguson body shop.

This is Mrs. Miller of Mustang, I had to take my Expedition for repairs and these guys really went above and beyond. I have to say a special thanks to Chad and Mark in the service department for all the hard work they put in to my repairs. Thanks Guys. I definitely recommend Ferguson for all my cars needs and I am planning on buying my next vehicle from them..

The service department is the worst. Not only did they order the wrong parts...
they also waited 3 hours to tell me as I waited there!
