I took my jewelry in to an insurance apprasial. They were very friendly & were able to get my apprasial done quickly. I've been back several times since and would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased all of my bridal partys wedding gifts from Keepsakes. They engraved them the same day and the prices were more than fair. I recommend them to anyone looking for fast & friendly service.

In 2010 my engagement ring lost a stone (a dark amethyst) and I took it in to be repaired. They told me that they would put in a new stone chip and it would be ready in the afternoon. When I came back, the stone looked great and they only charged me forty to replace the stone. I was thrilled, but then I got home and eventually washed my hands. Purple paint ran down my hand and all that was left was a white piece of plastic. I went and got my money back and went to Custom Gems at another customer's recommendation. I didn't know the guys there, but they treated me right. These people at Keepsakes will lie to your face and then not even apologize when they're caught. Absolutely shameful. I hope whoever put a positive review on here has been checking their stuff because they will take the cheapest shortcut they can.
