We were told by 2 different managers that we could order a vinyl tile on-line and ship to store for free. I asked Bill (or Bob) if he could go ahead and order it for us. We wanted to get it going. He didn't want to take the time so he said just go on-line and walked away. Went on-line. They tried to charge us $126 to ship it to their own store. Went back in store, they said no problem, we'll take care of that for you. Rang me up. Wanted to double check then decided that they can't get it to their store but if I would like to pay to ship it to their store I could. Then it took them 35 minutes to refund the payment I had just made because they couldn't find my order in their system. All of the floor people were SO nice. BUT! The managers were terrible! 3 managers walked past and when the cashiers asked for help they all said, "figure it out" or, "I don't want to hear about it," or just glared and walked past. I feel really bad for the cashiers who have to go through that. How can a national company not ship to it's own stores? PLUS! $126 shipping for a few boxes of vinyl? They're trying to make money off shipping to their own locations. I'm so disappointed because we really wanted to use them for our upcoming kitchen and bathroom updates but I'd rather pay a little more for good customer service than save a couple of bucks to have to go through this again.
