NTB National Tire & Battery

The guys at NTB are awesome! I slid on some ice and crashed my car into a curb, which bent my wheel and damaged my tire. I needed to replace my tire very quickly, because there was a pretty high risk of having a blow out... I thought I would have to search on ebay or Craigslist for a wheel, but they found a used wheel for me in one day and replaced my wheel and tire! Also they are good, honest guys who won't try to sell you a new tire if you don't really need one. They are quick too- even if it's busy there, you won't have to wait that long.

The past experience that I have been to NTB was horrible. They assumed that I knew nothing about my own car when I had gotten my tire changed.(I am a woman) I asked them to place my new tire on the back of my car. They told me I was incorrect about this, even though my car is rear-wheel drive. They have a complete lack of respect for anyone it seems. When I asked about them changing it to the back, the mechanic stated that I was wrong and when I spoke to the manager he had told me to shut up and that I had absolutly no clue what I was taking about. I was appalled and shocked that I was spoken to in such a way, after spending almost $200 on one tire alone. Bottom line, Terrible customer service and a complete lack of repect for their customer base. It not worth your time or money and you'll find better places elsewhere.
