        I agree with JD. I thought having a town home would be great; nobody upstairs or downstairs. Sharing water bills is one of the several items that is wrong with this complex. I signed a lease; just as they'd filled the two fountains out front. Yikes! I can't wait to see the bills when they fill both pools! Once you sign the lease and your locked in for 6 mos/ a year; the mgmnt doesn't cseem to care about you. Stopping in to share a concern; usually they don't give you their full attention. Virtually no snow removal & forget about the icy sidewalks/parking lots - you're on your own. You don't get much for your money. Oh & the walls are thin enough that you can hear your neighbors. I wish I'd looked around more.

        DUMP!

        This place is terrible. The manager is a slimeball and will do everything in her power to milk you of every bit of money you own after move out. Their lease protects them against every loop hole and she is able to get away with anything she wants to charge. The places are so old that the cabinets are falling off of the wall. My dad had to screw them in place to get them to hold my glasses. I was charged for carpet and my dog has never pottied in the house. The gas bill is in excess of $300 every month and that switches up in the summer time and KCPL is just as high. I wouldn't recommend this to a dog. I called Call for Action and they feel this manager is running a scam and they are looking into it further.



        DO NOT MOVE HERE. READ THEIR REVIEWS EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        All water bills are shared'' 1 bedroom renters share the water, 2 bedroom people share the same water bill split if someone has 3 people in their apartment you help pay their water bill ! If your never home your water bill is a contant 45.00 dollars humm why is their a leak ? After the fact you find out.During the summer all your neighbors from all of The Dot live at your POOL too because it's a neighbor hood THE HOOD if you know I mean Get ready to move up to KCK when you move IN
