Overall

Absolutely the worst medical facility, it's like a seen straight out of a horror movie. Emily Plumgren RN is incompetent and rude. There are never any doctor's available and the social workers do not care about the patients or their rights. There is a long list of lawsuits against this hospital and I am in the process of filing another one. This place needs to be closed, avoid at all costs. Minus 5 stars!

Overall

absolutely terrible. minus 5 stars. nursing care is poor, no experienced nurses present I had to wait 3.5 hours for pain medication. resident staff was silly, not professional, and poorly educated. inadequate supplies, management really came off as arrogant totally inconsiderate of the patients.

Doctors' Hospital is very concerned with your review. Please be aware that the Emergency Center was being transition to an Urgent Care during this time. The transition is now complete and we urge you and are community to continue relying on our hospital for your healthcare needs now and long into the future. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during September.

Overall
Great Staff, Great Care

My doctor sends me to DHM for routine lab work, radiology, etc and I have been very satisfied with the service. The staff there are so friendly and I never have to wait very long. I can't stress enough how refreshing it is to interact with health professionals who really seem to care about what they are doing, and care about the patients. Some places they treat you like a number, but not at Doctors' Hospital!
