Owner/Manager has a bad attitude and is not easy to deal with. He yells at customers and employees. He refused to give me a cost estimate for work done to my car. Then did unauthorized work and suggested I pay him a certain amount without giving me a complete printout on what was done to my vehicle. Do not go to this station on Reisterstown Road. Manager will try to get over on you. Bad business!
