T & D Glass

The people from T&D Glass came out to my home two weeks ago to fix two of our windows. They were here for less than an hour, took some measurements, told my roommate that they would contact out property manager, and left. The next time we got any sort of update from them, I got a call asking if they could come out on Tuesday between 12 and 4. I asked the receptionist if I could contact my roommates to see if either of them would be home; she said to call back whenever I heard from them, and also to find possible times during the week that could be alternatives. When I called back I said Wednesday would work. The receptionist then asked if today would be better, and I said yes. I have been home for 4 hours now, and not only did they not show up, no one contacted me to say that they would not arrive. Moreover, they closed at 4 today, so I cannot even ask them what happened. This business appears to be poorly run.
