I had been taking my dogs here for about 3 years and had always been happy w/the care of my dog-however the customer service is the WORST. This last episode did it for me. I will not return. The girls that run the lobby are rude& appear to DISLIKE dogs. For having such a beautiful establishment one would think they would hire competent employees. I have been affected by their unorganized staff for the last time. Ive shown up for appts. only to be told I had no appt. Ive come to pick up my dog from grooming to find my dog had not even been bathed yet. I also found out later that the girl who bathed my dog was not even a groomer! Mentioning these things to the owner got me a dirty look and an attitude of How dare you? Really. I was just trying to let him know there was urine& feces all over the grooming floor while the 2 lobby girls were busy discussing tennis. Spending $3500 this yr alone warrants treatment like this? Time to find a place where my business is appreciated. Shame on HT!

I've never found a better place to board my two dogs. We frequently take them there for Doggie Daycare, and they come home exhausted from all the play. Playtime is all day long because the dogs aren't kept in kennels. You don't have to pay extra for it. The animals are very well taken care of and the people are great. Very reasonable prices, too!
