        just plain rude staff

        very very very rude staff.... went through the drive thru and the manager, Robert Jordan, was very rude and I didn't receive my drink... upon calling afterward, the manager wasn't apologetic at all and implied ur was my fault for not asking for it when I paid for it... never again!
