Ross Dress for Less

This location is very organize and have lots of clothes in the women and men section. The kids sections are not as big.

I live in Valencia and I've been a regular customer to your store for years.

I never had a problem with any of your employees most of them are nice and respectful.

On Thursday after work I decided to check what's new in your store,I bought few items and I left, I came home tried it on I didn't like two of items I decided today Saturday in the morning to return it,I left my elderly mom waiting in the car to return the items.

I walked inn with the Ross bag and a guy was next to the door said do you have a return I said yes ,I continued walking as usual stood behind two customers waiting for their turn as usual, the same guy said are you returning I said yes he said go to the side like twenty feet away to the side of the store rudley without explaining that the line starts from there,even though I was there on thursday and the line as usual as a straight line toward the end of the store,they changed the line system that is odd like your waiting to get free meal in line when they tell you to approach you can,very odd.



Actually there was nobody in line and I didn't see there was between the clothes a little stand says line starts here that I discovered after having very loud argument with him I looked I didn't see anybody and I thought why I have to go to the corner and how come these two persons are here and he is telling me go there in a way like stand there, it was odd and the way he was talking was very unpleasant I felt insulted, I said no I will stay here he said if you don't go there I will not help you, I argued with him and made me so uncomfortable that I disrespected him and I said stupied to him for being rude with me,

He said don't come to" my store" anymore, I told him its not your store and i come when I want, I was loud and I told him he is stupied again and rude and I will complain about you.



After returning the merchandise I was walking out he said you forgot to get the phone number to complain about me, in stupied way like he was challenging me,that wasn't professional at all, showing me his picture that is glued on the side of the desk that he is very important as a manager title that was "funny by the way", I don't think he is a professional manager and he can run a store like this.

I told him if you insist I will take the phone number and its not that hard to research it on line and have it, I believe his name is Pattel,I told him he needs to have more training how to deal with customers and how to talk to people and handle situations like this he was very weird.



My personal idea is, a person like him doesn't fit in our community here in Valencia,most of the people that they live in our area are polite and sensitive, we have manners, he made me act the way I acted today that is not my nature to talk to any person like this in my life,I've been working for the same company for 15 years as a designer, I never met a person like him and hope will not, I never had a problem with any of my coworkers either,he hurt my feelings and I dont feel like going to your store anymore.

Every time that I shop at this store, I am surprised by how well stocked and clean it is. They have a great selection
