We love these guys! We had a great experience from star to finish. The office was very helpful when scheduling and the inspector was great. Top notch!

First class all the way. Larry at the office was very friendly. Super nice guy. Phil our inspector was early and greeted us at the house when we arrived. We went through the entire house together and he explained everything as we went. The report came back the same day and was very easy to read. If you're looking for an inspector I would give Home Inspector Conultants a call.

I would rate lower if it was a possibility. Not only did they not get our test results to us on time, they won't even give us the courtesy of a call explaining what the issue is! We had to submit our list of issues to the seller without knowing what the mold test results are after a WEEK since our inspection. We were told it would take a couple business days... sounds like they may not have done the test at all but still charged us for it.
