        They are awful. We had Termites swarm in April. The Technician came out and confirmed that they were Termites but he did not know where they were coming from and I was going to have to figure it out. WHAT!!!! I am not a Termite expert, thats why we have had a contract for 16 years. I called and told them they were going to have to send some one with more experience. They did but he said they same thing. Finally I thought about a damp smell I had around the oven. I pulled the drawer out from underneath the oven and the cabinet floor was wet. The tech said that could not be termites b?c they dont like wet.....Really, don't termites make mud tunnels???? I made them come back with the supervisor and punch through the rotted wood. Sure enough....lots of termites. They came and treated but now I cannot get them back here to fix all the things they had to tear up to treat for the termites they said I did NOT have. Terrible....don't use Terminex
