I called this company because of a referral from whirlpool. The tech came out but could not do anything because he said his truck broke down. He actually asked for the owners manual on my dryer because he had no clue what to do.He said he could not get help because everyone was in a meeting.He said he would call me back the next morning but never did. The receptionist was extremely rude and would not let me speak to the owner of the company. I called whirlpool to file a complaint and they set me up with another company and told me not to pay this one because they did nothing! Beware of this company!
