After my color did not turn out as expected, they exceeded my expectations in providing me a second appointment to fix my color and provided a complimentary treatment to strengthen my hair. The owner Nedret was very empathetic and you can tell her heart is in this salon! Thanks to Jessica for the phenomenal results of my color as well! Highly professional and friendly.
