Lincoln High School offers a range of academic options and extracurricular activities for more than 1,420 students. It provides courses in visual arts, music, computer science, math, social studies, business and marketing, and career and technical education. The school maintains a foreign language department, as well as offers guidance counseling and food services. Lincoln High School operates music, book and chess clubs. The school also maintains a special education department that serves students with learning disabilities. Lincoln High School administers the English Language Learners program. The school provides various athletic activities, such as baseball, basketball, cheerleading, cross-country, football, golf and soccer. It is a part of Wisconsin Rapids Public Schools.
