First time at this location! After being with my dentist for over 10 years my husband company changed dental insurance which meant my current dentist was now out of network. I was so nervous going to another dentist office, the hygienst was really nice after I cried about having some issues with my teeth. The dentist then came in and tried his best to calm my fears and ask me was I okay. Definitely appreciated the kindness and great bed side manners, I left the office upset about some findings with my teeth but was confident that they provided me with the best care while there. Thank you for being so kind and so professional, you definitely gained a new patient today.

I can't stand the dentist, but I have been so happy since switching to Woburn Dentistry. The receptionist is such a ray of sunshine. She is pleasant, friendly, and has always been as to answer all of my questions about insurance and next steps. The dentist is wonderful and puts his patients at ease. I came from a previous dentist who wanted to do a lot of work on my mouth. She fixed the crown that was put on incorrectly by my previous office and got my mouth to a place where I'm only coming in for normal cleanings every six months instead of the three month scaling treatments that may have never even been needed at my previous office. I recommend this office for anyone looking for a dentist in the Woburn area. They will take great care of you!

I have been on the constant search for a better dental experience than in years past and have finally found my place! I have a pretty bad phobia of the dental chair and was very upfront with the folks at Woburn Dental. From the front desk who was very kind and helpful to set up my appointment and to listen to my concerns to Lynn who took a few extra moments to empathize and validate my fears. Dr. Chan was beyond amazing! She was so kind and gentle and didn't overwhelm me with a long list of root canals, crowns etc. You can tell that she really cares about her patients. The state of the art equipment is pretty impressive as well! I was even asked to choose the music I liked and as it played over the speakers it seemed like everyone was happy and singing which made for an even more relaxing experience! I didn't think it could be done but I can safely say that I will actually look forward to going back!

Lost my dental insurance when I got laid off and I knew I needed to see a dentist since it had been 4 years. I found this place thru a mailer and I'm so glad I did. Had periodontal treatment and the first time I had it was 4 years ago and it was awfully painful (with another dentist). This time it wasn't bad at all. Everyone is so nice and I am totally sold on this dentist. I was able to get on a discount plan that they have, and even though that was still a lot of money for me, I now feel so much better. Will continue to see them. Really like this place.

All around great staff! Very professional and personable. They take great pride in being very thorough which they are. I was very surprised that they did a thyroid check during my cleaning!!!! I haven't been to the dentist for years and was very hesitant to even get a cleaning. The cleaning was painless and even though I was hard on myself for not taking better care of my teeth, Dr. Chan kept telling me that they are not there to shame me or to make me feel bad for the lack of dental care. They just want to start fresh and go from there. I have been known not to go back for future cleaning and maintenance in the past. But because of the amazing staff and service, I'll definitely make a better effort to do so.
