        HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
        5 weeks, $400, 4 sets of technicians to my home and NOTHING was fixed on my washing machine. Had to file fraudulent charges on them through our credit card company.
        DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
        Hired another company, came out and fixed the issue in 1 hour for less than $150.

        CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!
        If I could have given ZERO stars..I would have.
        This company is HORRIBLE.
        They do NOT keep their appointments. You WILL be waiting for servicemen who either do NOT show up at your appointed time or he will show up, LATE, without the needed part.
        If he shows up without the needed part, it will have to be ordered with a LARGE NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Oh, and guess what...when you believe the part has been ordered... It HASN'T BEEN. Then you HAVE to WAIT again!.
        Then when the part arrives, and keep in mind you the customer have been the one to make all contact with this business about it because they NEVER DO FOLLOW UP calls, you will get an appointment set with a NO SHOW ARRIVAL and then be told, you will HAVE TO WAIT AGAIN for a service tech to come out the NEXT DAY.

        I spoke with Sandy in the their office who is NO HELP.

        SO..YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND FRUSTRATION AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!!!

        Our refrigerator stopped cooling after a power surge. We were told a repairman would be here between 12-2:00. Josh showed up at 12:30 and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He got us up and running in no time. We’ve used Campbell before and will continue to do so, and will highly recommend them any time given the opportunity.

        0 STARS!!!! I am reporting that this business has not completed service in a timely manner and has said they would call us multiple times over two days, with no call back. It started on a sunday, August 31st. My washing machine was not spinning or draining correctly. Not only was it a weekend but it was a holiday weekend. We contacted Campbell's, since the website looked promising and they offered weekend/holiday repair services. They told us it would be an additional $150 to come out on a weekend so we scheduled them to call us on Tuesday 9/2 at 9:30am to let us know a time they would be coming to our house that day. My husband took the day off work. They called at 10:30 and said they would be there between 11am and 1pm. At 2pm my husband called again. They said they were running behind and that they would now be there between 5:30 and 6:30pm. So my husband took off work for no reason at all. I ran out of room, but basically its the next day and they still never called!!!!!
