Abita Springs Appliance Repair

Never again! First of all this company hires and sends out subcontractors without letting you know. The "repair man" came out to my house a total of 3 times: almost an hour late the first time, canceled our appointment 20 min before the second one, and was 2 hours late for the 3rd. I won't even get into how unprofessional the "repair man" was on the phone or at my house. To make matters worse he never actually fixed the problem and now the washer is even worse, though he had no problem taking my $. Now this company and the subcontractor won't return my calls, and I'm out a couple hundred bucks and still without a working washing machine.
