Haven't had my dentures but 2.5 yrs bottom broke in half top broke in half 2 time I got charged every time I went back and they always tried to blame it on me that I was doing something wrong this is my 2nd set my first set made by someone else lasted 15 years only starting to loose teeth in the 14th yr and they couldn't replace them and that's the only reason I had to get another set never again will I use affordable denture again

I got my teeth pulled and and got dentures there almost two years ago. I went for the big first time denture wearer package and had a temporary set for the first year. During that year I got to experience different services offered to denture wearers. At the end of the year I got my permanent ones. At first they took some getting use to even though they fit perfectly to my mouth. Actually I was in a car accident as a child and they went above and beyond to make them comfortable and shape them to my mouth. Gradually I adjusted to the harder material and I love them more than ever did my real teeth. I went on a trip the other day and I ate a rib-eye, pecan fudge, had icecream and decided to come home and write a review. I am so glad I did this and spent the extra money for a good set. You eat everyday, get the best ones you can. Also ignore all those people saying you must save your teeth at any cost because dentures are so terrible. They are wonderful!!!

I wrote a positive review earlier but don't see it. Affordable Dentures of Albany extracted my teeth painlessly, helped me understand how to file with my dental insurance company to get reimbursed. It has been a year since I made my first call to them, in January I had the rest of my extractions and got temporary dentures. At first my mouth was sore and the bone around where my teeth were had not smoothed down. I worried I should have had more stuff done, there was no need, they are smoothing themselves down just fine naturally as part of the natural result of loosing teeth. At first my gums were bumpy and I begged for the part that covers the gums to be shorter and more comfortable. When I had them relined by the lab recently, I asked them to be longer and it made them much more stable. I recommend the new denture wearer package because of all that is included and that you get to see how wonderful a lab hard reline is. I will not hesitate to get a reline when needed in the future, the difference is AMAZING!!! They use the teeth from your old dentures, but the plastic is fresh and like a brand pair! I get so many compliments on my teeth, from people who know (And only because I told them!) and from people who don't know. If you have ugly dentures get new ones, even my temporary ones are beautiful. If they are ill fitting, get a reline. I went in the morning, they took impressions and sent them to the lab, they were ready by 3:00. SAME DAY!!! I will spend plenty of money getting relines and actually showing up for appointments because I'm not afraid of how bad its gonna hurt. I love my dentures!

I have periodontal disease that I've been treating for almost 2 years, including numerous rinses, medicines, painful injections and also getting cleanings every 3 mos for $152! I only have 6 teeth in the bottom- one of which is cracked and they will not just remove them and let me get a bottom semi-permanent plate. Instead, they want to keep treating the disease and me to get an expensive partial plate. I am in pain and just lost another tooth recently due to this, so it's ridiculous to continue a path that is already Not Working! In a time where you can get plastic surgery, or if you Think you may get cancer you can get your breasts removed it's absurd that a dentist won't cure an already existing problem that could cause me heart problems and is already causing me other health problems..So NO I won't go back, and No I don't recommend them.. in my opinion they are morally and ethically bankrupt.
