W W Williams

I recently took my 2004 freighter to w.w.Williams in Albany Ga.to replace the steering gearbox because of leaking. They called me to tell me the truck was ready but the steering wheel wasn't straight and was that important to me. I said of course it was. The steering wheel was straight when I took the truck in and I expected it to be straight when I picked it up. If it wasn't, something wasn't lined up right. They said they will fix it. I picked it up the next day.Not only was the steering wheel still off to the left,but the whole column was moved out about 3 inches towards the seat. I will never take my truck to them again.
