Walmart Supercenter

For those of us who thought that we needed a Walmart Store (Cordele Rd) in this area, might be proved wrong. Compared to the Ledo Rd Walmart Superstore this is not a superstore at all. It closes to soon and is either too small or always under stocked. Management does not have a caring attitude about customer satisfaction. If you can find one of them, there is always an lame brain excuse to whatever your situation is. Every time I enter the store, there is always something I need that they don't have, or they can't locate themselves. The supposed superstore is poorly cataloged with a limited variety of merchandise. So why do we need a store that does not care about customer satisfaction. We might as well go to the Ledo Rd Walmart Superstore. Atleast, there we can always count on what we need being in the store. Gas ain't cheap, but I would rather drive 15-20 miles and save having to make multiple wasted trips. Shame on you Cordele Rd Walmart (Albany). LH

Me and my mother was harassed by the walmart security manager after I couldn't find my receipt, He bitterly went off on me & my mother like she was his ex wife The security manager went on for about 45 mins. I explained that he could just rescan the air-conditioner or pull a copy of my receipt, I payed by credit card. I called the (1800 walmart home office) because it was pure ridiculous how he acted. I explained to the security manager that my mother has a heart problem & high blood pressure, and could he please just go pull the receipt. And needless to say he wouldn't shut up for nothing until my mother walked away because she started to have heart pains, The security manager acted as if we where held under arrest. I have spent a total of 1200 dollars at this location since this walmart has been open for about 2 months. I will never shop there again. Please be aware that if you shop at this walmart you are subject to be verbally abused by a walmart employee. I informed walmart that I will be filling a lawsuit against them if something happens to my mother through the night.
