DON'T BUY YOUR APPLIANCES HERE WE BOUGHT A WASHER AND DRYER A FEW MONTHS AGO AND THEN NEW KITCHEN APPLIANCES THE STOVE WAS DELIVERED TWICE DAMAGED ALL WE GOT WAS A SORRY AND NO COMPENSATION FOR THE TIME I HAD TO CHARGE OFF FROM MY COMPANY WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS FRIDAY THE ONLY REASON FOR ONE STAR IS TO SUBMIT THIS REVEIW

I don't know what happened to the last person on here but my experience at cocca's was outstanding! I needed all new appliances and I was told to go to Cocca's. From beginning to end cocca's was great. My refrigerator died and it was gonna be a week to get a new one and they gave me a loaner refrigerator to use AT NO CHARGE until my new one came in.The saleman was very knowledgable and the delivery crew was extremely efficient! I highly recommend Cocca's!

This place is terrible. Ordered all new appliances to refit my kitchen, hired a contractor to remove the old appliances for delivery. Get a call day before and am told stove isn't in (ordered 3 weeks ago). They offered upgrade, turned out to be larger than original purchased although they promised same size, had to modify cabinets to fit. Floor models came for dishwasher and fridge, scratch and dent, no hardware with them. Delivery promised between 10-12, came at 3pm, had to use a sick day. The WORST customer service I've ever had. Strongly recommend staying away from this place, you get much less than what you pay for.
