Lehigh Valley Safety Shoes

I will never again order from this store online. The shoes I ordered were not kept in Stock. The site advised it would ship in 10-12 days. When I ccalled on the 12th day the girl told me they place outside orders once a week and they didn't even have the shoes yet and she wasn't even sure if they would ship the following week (17+ days after I placed the order. She said the women who handles those orders was out of the office and took my number saying she would contact me the next day. I never received a call and had to call them. I spoke to Nancy who told me the shoes shipped from the manufacturer on the 19th and she didn't know exactly when Lehigh would ship them because they hadn't received them. She didn't sound too caring that I was not happy about the delay. I asked if they could expedite their shipping and I was told they ship UPS so I should get them AROUND 3 days after Lehigh ships the shoes. Buyer beware and bad customer service
